I'm coming back to S'pore on 27/05/08. Looking for a HDB Master bedroom to rent and at the same time purchase a 3 room HDB Flat. Preferred near MRT Bedok and Tampines area.

I'm Angeline Chan from DTZ and I sincerely hope to assist you in searching for suitable HDB units when you're back home.
For home near Bedok MRT, we can look for units in Blocks 201 to 221 or Blocks 1 to 30.
For home near Tampines MRT, you have lots of choices in Blocks 140 to 160, 230 to 271 & 401 to 428.
For a 3 bedroom unit, the asking price in both areas ranges between S$220,000 to S$250,000 depending on location, unit level & renovation.

First of all, you must first check whether are you eligible to purchase a HDB flat, the grant given...etc. You can email or call me for information/queries once you are back.
