flat and maintain my present EC unit ?

yes, you are allowed to buy another hdb resale flat and maintain your present EC unit, as long as you have met the minimum required 5year physically occupation from date of your collection of keys. Meanwhile, if you are applying home loan for your purchase of HDB resale flat, please take note that you can only apply Bank Loan and not HDB Loan. Please check with preferred bank on your loan eligibility.
