I have a EA HDB at canberralink low floor, am thinking of selling and purchasing 3br in seletaris non ground floor. i have 28k in OA & SA plus 30k in OA & SA CPF investments. monthly cpf contri is 1.4k.
my wife has 39k in OA & SA including investments. monthly contri is 800.
looking at property price not more than 800k. is this achieveable and what is the cash required?

Hi Mr T,
You should be able to find a 3 bedder in Seletaris for around 800K. You will be required to pay minimum 5% cash and 15% CPF. If your loan is 80% of purchase price.
As for your EA in Canberra Link, the valuation should be in the range of 430K. Selling price will depend how well the interior is.
