Hi,
I have one unit 2-BRs, 958 sq. ft. at Southbank. Stack 10. Asking is at $1200psf nego. As Citylights already selling at $1200psf, at most Southbank can nego to $1150psf.
Please feel free to drop me an email or call me directly for further discussion.
Thanks & Best Regards
