If the value of a property is all about location, are there any contrarian views out there that with the mass market condos near MRTs, amenities (that come with the hustle and bustle), would it not be prudent to go for somewhere far away from the hustle and bustle that would be sought after in not many years to come? Thinking of somewhere like Forest Hills Condo.

Different people prefer different lifestyle. Many loves the convenience and bustling surrounding. Some prefer serene and tranquil lifestyle. If you are looking for self-stay, you are the one calling the shots. If it's for investment, you can still get something out.
