I am a Singaporean. And I am getting married this year end to a non PR. Can I still buy a new hdb flat since I am getting married and my spouse will be applying for a Spouse PR?

Morning A Lotha,
You can purchase BTO unit with your spouse, after getting the SPR. Prior to that, you would have to check with HDB.
If you are looking at resale, you can purchase under the Non-citizen Spouse scheme, where your spouse must have at least 6 months worth of visit pass or work pass, prior to submission of application.
