I have taken my RES exam waiting for result. I have 15 years experience in financial advisory sales. I am looking at the cost of joining a company, banding, inhouse training and guidance of mentor in transaction and leads generating. I had interviews with some top managers and producers but they seems to be very busy. Please let me know if we can contribute to each success. Thank you.

Hi Lawrence,
Firstly, congrats for passing the RES exam. Sad to hear that you have met up with some top managers and producers and they seems to be very busy. When i met up with my potential agents, i will spent abt 1 to 2 hours to explain our systems and network, no obligation. Before leaving, I will encourage them to talk to as many agencies as possible to understand their systems and network, so that they have an informed decision.
PropNex do not have any joining fee but you pay $410.50 for CEA lic fee, professional insurance and $20 ID tag.
Currently PropNex recuitment drive offer refund of RES training fee up to $888, with proof of receipt, if u:
- achieved $10k commission within 1st 6 mths from the date you obtained your CEA license;
- or achieved $20k commission within 12 mths from the date you obtained your CEA license.
PropNex also conducts trainings on condo, landed, commercial, HDB and leasing and each agent pay $20 (worth $499) for notes and admin charges.
In our team we have 5 free trainings for all our agents.
In this industry, all agencies are good but the difference is the mentor/team u join.
