Propertyguru is a portal for CEA registered salesperson with paid subscriptions to post their listings for sale or rent. For owners who wish to post their properties listing for rent or sale, they can look at spending some money to post advertisments on the newspapers or maybe some free property engine. Alternatively, you may wish to engage 1 of the salesperson here to represent you in this transaction.
