There is currently one unit of the same size asking at about $970 psf. With the current market sentiments, the realistic asking price would be between $920-$950psf, depending on the condition, level and facing of your unit.
I am currently marketing a few properties in D21 (you can check under my PropertyGuru listings) and i would be glad to include your property into my listings if you are serious about selling. I still have alot of buyers calling me everyday, looking to buy a property in D21.

Market is likely looking at around $1k psf, nevertheless, transactions the past few months are hovering at $950psf range for smaller units therefore realistically if you are looking to transact at anything above $950psf, unless the unit in particular is in a fantastic condition and with excellent facing, it will be pretty challenging to hit the market asking with the current uncertainties in the real estate market.
Perhaps you may wish to contact me for further discussion on the outlook of the market within the next few months and see how I maybe able to assist you in meeting your requirements.

The market asking price is in the range of $950 - $1000psf. It depends on the condition, level and facing of the unit.
Currently, the realistic seller will get this unit sold faster.
