I have 8@Woodleigh studio and is considering to sell now or after TOP. Any advice pls?

Hi Sam,

The most important aspect of consideration is if the selling price is able to match your investment objective.

Selling now before TOP or after TOP will not make a difference if the price is met, of course, taking into consideration of the interest to be paid as well as maintenance fees should the project has TOP.

8@ Woodleigh is a project that is pretty well sought after, however, with the implementation of ABSD, most buyers will be more prudent in their purchase therefore it is worthwhile to give a good thought on your selling price.

Now is as good a time to sell since your unit is nearing TOP and as long as you are selling at the price you want and at an achieveable price

I believe currently there will be more interests in your unit given that it is going to TOP soon thus there will be little difference in marketing now and later

If your unit has out of the norm better view,
very windy,
great feng shui,
in-demand unit number,
located at higher floor,
or perhaps better interior layout,
than maybe it make sense to sell after TOP to exhibit/present your good unit to walk in buyers,
or else it is best to sell AS SOON AS POSSIBLE in a falling/buyers market.
