Hi, if you want to market your property, do let me know so we can discuss and put your property on the market? Commission usually are payable from 1% upwards and they are negotiable, as long both seller and agent agree before marketing.
Most important is to market and sell.
Call / SMS / Email me your requirements so I can assist you.

Dear Sir/Mdm,
There is indeed no fixed commission specified for the services of tne Real Estate Salesperson. However, the market practice is at 2% and there are also many who charges 1%.
Sir/Mdm, if you are considering to sell a property, I think the deciding factor realy shouldn't be the commission percentage for a start. Maybe you can meet up with the salesperson and see whether are you comfortable with him or her. That would definitely be the first step and a good start to the working relationship.
I would really be looking forward to a call or sms from you and hopefully we can meet up for a chat and I can be of service to you. Thanks.

Hi,
Good morning,as to your question on commission, there is no fixed rate but the norm is 2%. It is an agreement reached between the seller and the agent. However, I think services provided by the agent is the most important factor. At the end of the day, some seller don't mind even paying for a higher commission if we have performed better than their expectation.

Normal market practise by most salesperson is 2%. I have being following the Fair Trade Act hence I would discuss on the commission rate with my client and come to common understanding.

CEA did not set the standard. Perhaps, they should set a minimum percentage. www.catherinepang.com

Hi,
The commission amount is discussed between the owner and the agent and there is no fixed rate.
The norm will be 2% and if a good price is achieved, it may be more
