what is the asking cov for 5 room flat in clementi ave 6. i intend to sell if i can fetch 708k.also how much must i pay to agent based on this amount. thanks.

Hi Alex,
I presume this is the 3rd time I answer you question. From my reply to your previous question, I estimate selling price to be $707k based on the actual transacted price of 4rm flat since no 5rm is transacted for the last 1 year.
I think the way forward is to do an official valuation. From there, we can then tell whether your desired selling price of $708k is realistic anot.
This is the 3rd time I answer your question. Why not give me a chance to sit down with you and discuss? Regarding commission, we can always discuss, not to worry. I am contactable at 96836230.

Would you like to advise on your actual Block so that I can assist you on the possible sales of your unit? For the COV asking, it would very much depend on your unit's facing, level, condition, actual area size and location. As for the commission payable, we can always work it out as I believe that commission payable should be something that's being mutually agreed between my cient and the salesperson.
