I`m looking to buy either a studio or 2 bedroom private apartment preferably near Holland V area or D09/D10.My budget is up to 800K.Are there any properties that I can look at that`s within my budget in the area I`m looking at? What is your view on Viz @ Holland? Good rental yields?

Hi Elaine,
I have a number of units at Ford@Holland, which will TOP likely in June (this month!). Prices can meet your budget and are likely cheaper now than after TOP. This is very near Holland Village MRT station and is freehold.
You can also consider Holland Residences, which is an upcoming new launch on Holland Road (by Allgreen, opposite The Cornwall). They will have small units available here. If you contact me early WITH CHEQUE for booking, I can arrange for you to have earlier selection of units at the preview (before end of June). Please take a look at my website for details of this project however you would need to act fast as it is likely to be very popular and only 100 units.
