Hi Cherie,
As a guide, the ave 3-room cov ranges from $20k to $60k depends on state of renovation, location, and level, including the view from the unit. In extreme cases, may exceed $60k, such as 100% and nicely renovated, high floor, unblock & good view, unit is between 5-8 years old.

The average normal COV for 3 room for entire singapore should be at the range of $20k -$40k.
