Recently I have marketed 3 units around your property vicinity @ Palm Lodge(Geylang Lor 37) 4+1 @ $4K, Sims Residence(Geylang Lor 39) 3+1 @ $3.9K and Sunny Spring (Geylang Lor 40) 3 bdrm @ 3.6K.
For condos along Geylang Lor 30 , we are looking at Atrium Residences 2 bdrm @ $3K range depending on furnishing AND Midas 2 bdrm @ $3.1K, recently marketed by my colleague with full furnished.

Hi Aqua,
$3,000 should be easily achievable, however, depending on the condition of your unit, you may wish to adjust accordingly.
I am marketing a 2 bedroom unit in Pasir Ris for $3300, which I suppose you have better location and amenities. The unit in Pasir Ris is a well renovated unit though.

Have closed a 3bedroom rental at Atrium Residences before at 3.4K. For a 2bedroom around that area can fetch 3-3.2k depending on the house facing,level,condition and whether furnish or not.
