A 75,851 sq ft residential site at Jalan Kandis in Sembawang has been awarded to Dillenia Land, a subsidiary of Tuan Sing Holdings, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) said on Wednesday, 13 April.
The developer beat out eight other bidders with a top bid of $51.07 million, which translates to $481 psf per plot ratio.
Launched for sale on 25 February under the confirmed list of the first half 2016 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme, the tender for the site closed on 7 April.
Offered on a 99-year lease, the site is likely to be developed into a low-rise condominium comprising 110 units.
Located within an established landed residential area, the land parcel is well connected to major roads and expressways. Nearby amenities include Sembawang Park, Sun Plaza and several schools.
