This is a beautiful long two towered building, consists of many floors and total 120 units. It is a freehold condominium located at Pemimpin Drive in Singapore 574036, in District 20, a few minutes away from Marymount MRT CC16 Station. Well-designed modern apartment units are a feature of this project from one of the most highly regarded developers in Singapore. The vast majority of the units in Boonview are one, three, or four bedrooms, with many of the one bedroom flats having around 600-700 sqft, making it affordable despite its proximity to the MRT. The buying price varies from s$2000, 000 to 2380,000 which is very expensive, however for rental, prices are much less and varies from s$100 to s$3800. Boonview is developed and built by Soon Lian Realty Pte Ltd a Singapore-listed international property and hospitality conglomerate, and one of the biggest landlords on the island. Its extensive global network encompasses many subsidiaries and associated companies, and owns and manages properties across the world and continues to build more. The number of one, three, and four bedroom units, as well as relatively varying sizes of them is something that differentiates Boonview. The other thing of course is its closeness to the MRT station. Important features of Boonview includes its 24 hour security, barbeque area, swimming pool, tennis courts, and covered car park. Many well reputed local schools are at a shorter distance from Boonview. The fact that Boonview is so close to the MRT – it is a 5 minute walk from Marymount MRT Station – it is a huge plus point for this development and will be the reason most people buy. It is also situated quite near to another MRT Station which is the Bishan MRT Station and is only 950 meters away from Boonview gives access to the residents of Boonview to many different areas of Singapore.Many Bus Stops are also available near Boonview such as Marymount view, Marymount Stn, Opp Marmount Stn and many others. Due to availability of too many amenities on the doorstep, and beautiful views of sunsets from the apartments makes Boonview an ideal place to live and there will be many other changes as gentrification tales hold of the area in the future, and the impact is lessened to a large extent by the MRT.
