Terms and Conditions:

There are maximum 3 featured listings for each of the categories.
The featured listings for each category are shown in random order for each page view i.e. between the left, middle and right hand positions. For searches that do not specify property type - the featured listings are randomly picked from all available featured listings - except for featured commercial listings that are only shown in commercial property section.
The featured listing advertisement links through to the detailed listing page in PropertyGuru.com.sg
The weekly listing advertisement slots run between Thursday 12am to Wednesday 12am only - it is not possible to start/end the weekly booking at different times.
The featured listing advertisement slots are sold on a 'first-come' basis, and must be paid within 48 hours of reservation to confirm the advertisement.
There will be no refunds if the unit in the featured listing gets sold or rented before or during the advertisement period. In some cases, we may be able to exchange it to another listing for the remainder of the period.
It is possible to 'advance book' weekly Featured listing advertisement slots but payment must be made in advance.
Agents can book multiple weekly featured listings slots within same week - but each listing must be for a different property.
