Hi,presently I'm owning a 4 room HDB flat in Jurong West Street 65, Blk 621, mid floor, which has been been fully paid. I brought it at 119k in 1999. Questions:- 1) What is the estimated valuation now? 2) How much hard cash will I take back? 3) How much can i invest in condo? All the proceed from the sale of my flat? 4) Taking into account the est selling price of my flat plus approx 70K (combined), what's the price range of condo i can afford assuming 15~20 years loan @ max 1k repayment per month? Thanks!

Recently I read from The Straits Times that there are multi-generation HDB flats in bishan and yishun. I'm interested in these, but can't find any listing. Can anyone provide me more info on them, the price, location (street/block #), the floor layout, etc ? I'd be interested in viewing if there are keen sellers, though I can't commit on purchasing until i have seen how it looks like. Thanks !

Hi, My parents are currently living in a 3 rm flat in yishun ( 20+) years. Its requires major renovation now.asked around and it would cost 20k So, we are intending to upgrade to a 4 rm flat instead. Just don't know whether to go with the new flat or renovation idea. renovation wont help the space for sure because its not going to increase space. bt is a new flat in yishun too expensive? is it ok to buy now?

HI, I was in mid to review the resale flat prices for HDB ( 4 RM , 5 RM and Executive)in Yishun. I noticed the statement below from HDB. Can I conclude the resale price included the COV over valuation. Hence if the Maisonette resale price is $393,000.00, it includes 20,000 to 30,000 (what ever the COV) price is during the transaction. "The resale transacted prices are inclusive of the Cash-Over-Valuations (COV) for transactions where resale prices are above market valuations."
