Is 25k a fair asking price? The unit is well renovated with built-in wall cabinets, walk-in wardrobe, built-in branded oven, cooker hob and hood.

I have made $1,000 + $3,000 as OTP payment to a Thillamallai d/o Arumugam, also known now as the "seller", of 168 Woodlands Drive 11 #03-123. Singapore 730168, in the presence of her appointed PROPNEX Housing Agent, Mr. Tony Yee. Submission was approved for 1st appointment yesterday the 29th June 2010, 9.45am but seller did not turn-up after lodging a Law Firm to cancel the sale based on "not having received the payment". Hence now my family of 3 adults and 4 children (aged 1-month, 2, 4, and 6 years old) being practically homeless after sale of our unit. PLEASE ADVICE! Thank you and best regards.
