I have a 2 bedroom penthouse in freesia woods. It's been in the market for a while with a few offers but none serious. Live in area close to 1400 sq ft, roof top 700+ sq ft. It's in top condition, but still I am having trouble finding a buyer. Latest valuation from 3 banks is 2 million but I am only asking for 1.75. It seems like most people are looking for 2+1 and I specifically made it clear there is no maids room but there is potential to create another room if they look at renovating. This is a highly rentable location, we have tenants willing to pay over 6k to rent. To sell it will only be suitable for singles, retires or professionals with no kids. What can you suggest to help me see this place? It's freehold and close to super market, restaurants and holland v.
