Hi, I am interested in looking for a 4-room flat in jurong and bukit botak at around 250k to 300k. I am trying to apply for a loan of 260k from HDB but we are not sure if it will be approved . I am employe one group of company employed as a project engineer at the salary of 2.7k per month...his average income is around 2.2k to 2.5k per month currently. Is it possible for us to get the loan from HDB? If not, any other sources which you can suggest to me, Thanks in :Basha

Hi, I represent a group investor. They interested about commercial/retail. Q: For convenience, are locals more accustom to shops within 2~5min distance or more similar to us in Europe (25~35 driving distance)? Hi, A group of us (say) 3/4 were thinking of buying properties jointly to diversify our risks. A couple of questions propped up. Is this possible from a legal standpoint? How do we go about doing it? 1) If ,say, 3 of us come together to purchase a property, is the ownership equal or can it be pro-rated according to the amount invested by each individual (say 35%/35%/30% etc.). How do we go about this? 2) Can the bank extend a loan to the 3 of us jointly? 3) If (2) above is not possible, can we set up a business entity to purchase the flat in its name? If so, can the bank extend a loan to the business entity? How do we go about this? Appreciate anyone's good response. - James
