Hi, my partner and I are looking to buy a 1 room unit in Icon 1bdrm/studio/loft. We realise that sellers have been jacking up their selling prices. Prev we could find #21 units at about $1200psf, now its not quite possible. We want a high floor sea view unit (>#38), would like to know 1) how much the current valuation of high floor sea view icon units are. 2) are the prices expected to come down soon since they were suddenly jacked up with no strong basis other than a recovering stock market? Thanks.
