I'm looking for a 2-bedder condo somewhere in the west, near to MRT, with a budget between S$500k - S$600K. I've shortlisted Parc Oasis, The Mayfair and The Lakeshore. However, I'm curious why there're so many sellers at Lakeshore? Has it lost it's intrinsic attractiveness or do all those sellers have financial problems? Can anyone enlighten me?

I have been renting an apartment in the West for past 3 years. My company has extended my contract for another 3 years. As an investment, I am interested in Centris and Lakeshore which has higher investment potential recommended in the next 3 years. Other private estate in west are welcomed. Not interested in Floravale - out of place location and Parc Oasis - nearly 20 years already, staying there now - problem with piping What your comments on Centris and Lakeshore?
