Recently I encountered a renovator who providing the customised cupboard and 3-tier self. On the day of fixing the furniture, he sent 2 of his workers and they are China Chinese after checking with them. The workmanship was really terrible, all edges being chip-off(look like 2nd hand furniture) and the big cupboard is not properly sealed with after they removed the wooden panel at the top. How should I deal with such case. He is making all excuses and till now, still did not come to fix all the defects. Such a disgrace to all the contractors in Singapore. I need to buy a 4A unit in Tampines (particularly blk800+),the problem is my parents are very fussy and they typically wants corner units on mid-high floors,willing to pay 40k MAX for COV if there's a unit that my parents are pleased with.We have viewed 2 units so far but were rejected by my dad due to fengshui reasons (edge of another building/block is facing the unit).Is this too difficult for me to find a flat?I'm really serious in moving but is feeling really dejected after 3 wks of house hunting and the units all got rejected by my parents for various reasons.
