I have HLE 70K frm HDB. Currently Iam staying in 4A room flat at Sims Drive. Mine is a negative sale. I cannot afford to pay so much cash deposit to buy another flat. Iam okay with 3Rm or 4Rm flat. My budget is 200K - 300K only to purchase a flat. Pls advice.

my current resale 5i (sims drive) MOP ends around Nov 2015. we plans to upgrade to a condo around Tampines area near St Hildes School for my boy education. I am open to options like EC, new private condo or resale condo. As i recently saw many new condos (Arc, Trilliant) advertising with TOP around 2015, am i eglible to buy now? Why am i so kan-cheong is because i am worried that these prices (approx $700k for 3 bedders + 1 utility room) will rocket upward by the time i decided to buy after my MOP date in 2015. Please advice what are the alternatives i can take given my current situation. Thanks.

I had been trying to sell my 2 bedrooms apartment for the longest time with no luck. Live in area around 1400 sq ft, and the roof top is about 700+ sq ft. The latest valuation is 2million and I am only asking for 1.75m. The location is superb, near shops, restaurants and holland v is only 5 minutes drive away. I don't know why we have not met the right buyer, granted the apartment is only suitable for singles, retirees or professionals because it does not have a maids room, but with creative renovation there is potential to create extra living area. What else can I do to sell my apartment and to stop non serious buyers to view and comment about no maids room etc? It's freehold, in a quiet area, highly rentable as it is also near polytechnics and SIM.

I stay in a 3 bedroom apartment (1292sqft with recent renovation) at the freehold Ris Grandeur. The apartment is at the highest possible floor (#16, just under the penthouse), has the best unblocked facing, and is situated at the premium block. I wish to know that with the recent launch of the leasehold Livia project, will it help drive the price of my property up? Also, based on today's bleak-ing market, what's the estimated psf that my apartment can fetch?
