Hello Guru, I am planning to buy a 4 / 5 room hdb resale at queens close. Understand that there was valuation increase by hdb 3 months before. given current market trend, do you think hdb will revise and reduce downwards soon? how often hdb revise valuations?what is your recommendation in buying a 4/5 room hdb now at queens close at market valuation?
