Here's what I gathered 1) Option to Purchase = 1% 2a) In 2 weeks Exercise OPT = 4% 2b) When Exercise OPT Pay Stamp Duty Also 3) Pay agent Fee before Transaction begin 4a) Begin Transaction pay remaining 10% - (1+4)% of deposit [90% Loan] 4b) Pay also all Above evaluation 5) Take about 3 months to complete transaction of the home. For Key Collection. Doubt..? WHY all payment is done WAY before the final completion date?

Hi,need help urgently. I need to buy a HDB flat and my 1st HLE was rejected due to my wife have a commercial property. She is not operating the place but help a friend to operate a business there. I am a undischarge bankrupt and unable to apply for a bank loan. I intend to take up a 4 room resale flat in AMK. I have 135k in my cpf and my wife 64k. Is there a way i can reapply for a HLE on compassinate ground? Now I am renting a place and need a own house to stay.
