Hi, I've 2 questions. 1) If OTP is signed with the clause written Val+ 5K since valuation is not obtained yet, is OTP valid? Meaning the date on valuation report does it have any impact to OTP signed date? Or is it Valid write the OTP this way? 2) If OTP signed, and if the buyer wants to exercise can the seller have any option to turn it down?

Hi..I have rented a property just 1 months and 2 weeks ago. My company pays the rental and the security deposit was paid to the landlord when he handed over the property. The TA was signed for 2 years.
I started working on tight projects as soon as I landed in Singapore and I had to do a rush selection. Now the family is here we are not really happy with the apartment.

I am looking for a resale flat/apartment due to ineligibilty to purchase a new HDB flat. Based on current mkt prices, condos & HDBs are pretty competitive so I am in 2 minds about it. For a condo, I would prefer freehold or 999yrs leasehold and budget around 600K in the East area (loyang or Pasir Ris). 3 bed rooms preferred. For HDB, what are the current mkt price in Tampines/Pasir Ris 5-room flats? Preferably near Downtown east. Finally, what are the payment modes for both types of flats? Thanks

Hi I am considering to buy a house in the Paya Lebar vicinity. Like to know few things about the development: 1)What is the latest Business District Development Plan for Paya Lebar 2)When the other MRT stations along the Circle Line will be opened for service in particularly Tai Seng MRT? 3)Notice the stretch of roads around like Little Road, Paya Lebar Road leading up to the junction turning to Bartley, there are on-going road works, when this will be completed? At this moment, I see no proper walk way or path that residents from the nearby private housing estate can use to bring them to Bartley MRT and Maris Stella School. Anyone know anything, can please update me. Believe others will also be keen to know. Thank you

I am interested in investing in a private condo/apartment in the city area (Orchard, RiverValley, Newton, Novena). Can anyone give me some advice around what sort of size would be best to invest in? Would a studio or 1-bedroom apartment be better than a 2/3bedroom? Or is it the other way around?
