I'm thinking of buying a 1 room apartment for rental investment. Recently, I viewed Mackenzie and Parc Sophia. I'm quite impressed by the location but I'm worried that a 1 room apartment might be difficult to sell in future. Are my worries unfounded?

I am interested to invest in D9, what will be the approximate psf? Do you think this is the right time to buy? It is better to buy from developers (i.e. not TOP but deferred payment scheme) or get from the existing development (i.e. units obtained TOP)? I intended to invest; do you think D9 is the best choice for quick appreciation? Someone told me Parc Sophia is a good choice at this current market, what is your view?
