I am looking for big house (at least 110sqm)at Jurong West area to house my in laws and sister in laws. I need at least 4 bed room. Will you advise us to get a exec apt or to buy 2 3-room flat which is side by side? our last HLE approved loan is 350k. In view of this budget limitation, what would you advice? Joyce

Hi,presently I'm owning a 4 room HDB flat in Jurong West Street 65, Blk 621, mid floor, which has been been fully paid. I brought it at 119k in 1999. Questions:- 1) What is the estimated valuation now? 2) How much hard cash will I take back? 3) How much can i invest in condo? All the proceed from the sale of my flat? 4) Taking into account the est selling price of my flat plus approx 70K (combined), what's the price range of condo i can afford assuming 15~20 years loan @ max 1k repayment per month? Urgently need short term whole unit rental from start of AUG to end OCT/NOV (2-3 mths). 2 or 3 bedroom unit is fine. Preferred location to be Jurong, West Coast, Bt Batok or Hill View. Other locations in the west are welcome and will be considered.
