Hi, I am a Sg PR, I have about 80k in my CPF. I don't intent to settle down in SG for my retirement.However, I am looking to invest my CPF in a property in SG. Questions is: 1. Should I go for HDB or Private Condo? 2. If Private condo, will I be able to get a freeehold condo which is around 550k??

I'm thinking of buying a 1 room apartment for rental investment. Recently, I viewed Mackenzie and Parc Sophia. I'm quite impressed by the location but I'm worried that a 1 room apartment might be difficult to sell in future. Are my worries unfounded?

Hi, My wife and I like East Coast area. We are keen to invest in a potential En-Block property along East Coast for a decent yield. If it did not materialise we may retire there. Is Mandarine Garden Condo a good choise? Please high light the pros and cons. Thanks.

We are looking to invest in a property with a budget of around $400k. Our objective is to rent the property to generate positive cashflow. Interested in any good deal apt/commercial in any area, preferably with low upfront cash.
