We will be moving back to singapore in mid year and we're considering to sell our flat in Henderson Crescent blk 102 high floor (currently rent out with HDB approval)and purchase either 5 room flat - executive 5 room HDB or 3 bedrooms condominium in district 03 -08 with budget no more than 1 million. My question are:ยจ 1. How much I could get for our 4 room flat? 2. Is now a good time to sell our flat? 3. My husband is Norwegian, is he eligiable to buy HDB flat and private property in Singapore? 4. Are we eligiable for housing loan from the bank with consideration that he will be only starting his new job in mid 2009?

Does anybody know the approximate valuation of Blk 684A, Choa Chu Kang Crescent 5 room flat prices? My flat is very nicely renovated. The floor area is 110 sq m, 6th floor. I heard that someone from Blk 692 has a valuation of 390K. Thanks in advance!

I initially bought a 4rm HDB Flat at Hougang (resale market) with my Mother being the 1st owner and myself as 2nd. At current I am living in an EA Flat, 788C Woodlands Crescent (resale market), which was purchased through HDB Loan. What is my current status for applying for another home loan through HDB since directly this is only my 1st purchase as a family man. Thank you.

Hi I ma currently waiting to sell my EA at 788C Woodlands Crescent #10, in which will mature on the 1st of July 2009. I initially purchased this flat without use of grant therefore allowing sale within 2.5 years. My loan from HDB is $334k and the initial required deposit was made up of $11k Cash + the rest in CPF Funds. I have a deficit with HDB for the amount of $9620 + $382 for late payment fees. I intend to sell my home for $420k,... what cash-in-hand profit am I looking at? Thank you.
