I am interested in a 3 Br unit with patio at Nuovo. Will the prices be rising anytime soon? I hope not. Currently, i notice a large diff in asking price between Nuovo and Grandeur 8 at 150-200 psf even tho the two condos are only 700 m apart and almost similar in age. Could anybody enlighten me why this is so? Any units available pl?

My Family is looking for a rental at the Grandeur 8 from February 2011 onwards for a lease term of 6 - 12 months after which we will be looking for to buy a unit there. We are looking at a 3 bedroom unit, price for rental around $3k and looking for a unit price around $900k.

Hi I currently own a pte property which is tenanted with a 8% yield p.a. The capital appreciation is about 60% now. I plan to sell this property and buy 2 pte property for the rental income of about 5.5% p.a yield. However, this also means a gearing of about 2.5 times my cuurent debt. I am currently staying in a Punggol 4rm flat that just turned 5 years. With a 300k plus value now and plus my affordability, I am shopping around for a 600k condo around Northeast area (e.g. Ris Grandeur, Ferraria Pk, also waiting for the Punggol new EC site result etc.). My streetsmart sense tells me to wait a while (e.g. due to possible recession coming, inflation, subprime spillover from US). Any recommendation and advice for me?

I would be moving to singapore in august. I am looking to rent a 1 bedroom , living room , kitchen apartment near the following MRT 1) Jurong 2) Redhill 3) Buona Vista 4) Dover 5) Clementi 6) LakeSide 7) bukit Gombak 8) Bukit Batok My upper limit is 2200S$. I would prefer a condo but an HDB will also do if I like the apartment. We would be 2 of us. Would it be possible to get a CONDO in the above mentioned areas for my budget?
