I am seeking a place for myself to live in with a tight budget. I believe property prices will drop in 2009/10 with this bad economy. I am looking for 845sqft/2 bedroom unit in The Midas at geylang lor 30 for around $340k-$370k. I will have time to wait for making my deal, especially in this bad times is a good chance to seize good sell price from others. Any interested agent or seller can inform me.

Hi. Bought a unit at geylang lor 32 and was able to secure 80% loan. Vices are down as they have legalised the prc to do it in the proper houses. What kind of psf is considered average around the area and whats its potential? Am staying there for now so that future kids can go to kong hwa school.

Anyone knows the upcoming development plan around Geylang Lor 40 & as well as Paya Lebar Central? When are the developments going to take place? Your opinion about Waterina? Compared to other areas, the price for Waterina did not appreciate as steeply as the rest during property peak period. What could be the reason? Please advise.

I have a property that needs to be sold at in Geylang lor 35, The Regal. 2 room, 88m2, low floor. I need to sell it off asap. Dist. 12 to 14 (Balestier/Geylang) I am divorce but my ex with his lover, refuse to vacate the property and making things difficult for me to get a buyer for viewing.
