211 'En Fu Mansions' Result(s) found in Ask Guru - Questions & Answers

Maybe someone can enlighten me on this. I know that 18 Spottiswoode Park Road (also named Dragon Mansion) was en-bloc. But, is the block beside it, 14 Spottiswoode Park Road, also named Dragon Mansion en-bloc as well? The block that I'm interested in is 14 Spottiswoode Park Road which is the block beside 18 Spottiswoode Park Road which was enbloc last year. Both 14 and 18 Spottiswoode Park Road is named Dragon Mansion.

I am currently renting a fairly large (1300sq.ft) 1 bedroom apartment in Nanak Mansions on Meyer Road. Rent $3000/mth. Looking to find a new place to move in November 1st. Looking for 1 or 2 bedroom place, can be smaller than 1300sq.ft paying approx $2500 inclusive bills. Would like to stay in current area but can look at Siglap or other areas if necessary. Please advise.
