Hi, I am soon relocating to Singapore and am looking for either buying or renting property in Singapore (not decided yet whether I want to buy or rent). I will be working in the CBD area and thus will need you to be aware of the the following criteria: 1. Close to MRT stations; has to be with 5-6 MRT stations so max I can go out to will be Queenstown/Novena stations and Kembangan on East Coast. 2. I want a minimum size of 1200 sq ft and at least 2 bedrooms with a maids quarter. 3. Lookng at condos which have a swimming pool. 4. Should be well lit and no angular rooms. Tp give an idea of what I have liked so far, whcih would give an idea of what I am looking for. I am currently looking for a small 2 bedder unit at central area. Although this is for my home-stay, I would like to invest in one unit that will still fetch a good price in 5-10 yrs time. Before I made any decisions, I would like to hear from you(agents, gurus, buyeres, sellers or owners) on the opinions on which condo below is worth the investment and why(The asumption is that all 3 condos' price range is close. Which of the below will be a better resale value during good or bad times. 1) Tanglin Regency at D10 - 0.23 km to redhill mrt - close to orc if drive or bus - 12 yrs old proj - not sure of any enbloc plans 2) Central Green - 0.20 km to tiong bahru mrt, very near - convenient with full amenities and transport services nearby - 15 yrs proj - but not sure of en bloc plans 3) Emerald Park - 0.47km to tiong bahru mrt - near to great world - 17 yrs proj - but not sure of en bloc plans Tks for the advice.
