I am looking for condos to invest that will give best rental returns or capital growth. I have done some research and found out that the best districts with potentially high rental returns are in district 09, 10 and 11. Is this true? Can someone help me look for specific developments new or under construction that will be good investment within this areas. My budget is $800k, and prefer a minimum of 3 bedrooms. I am open to other districts as well except for Jurong, Geylang and Woodlands. I am also considering to purchase a landed property as well with $1.5 Mil budget, same criteria as above.

Subsales - What is the transaction involved? How much CASH / CPF I can use? E.g. If I offer a unit @ $600K and the seller actually buy from developer @ $520K, what are the amount of CASH & transactions involved? Can I still use my CPF to pay part of the downpayment? Confused again. Thank you.
