HDB 4rooms located at Clementi Ave 3 @ around $450k to 480K... 2) The Centris 2 or 2+1 bedrooms @ around $650k. Which is better worth of money and should I sell this property in 5 years time, which of the above will be a loss or profit. Pls advice!
