Hi..I have rented a property just 1 months and 2 weeks ago. My company pays the rental and the security deposit was paid to the landlord when he handed over the property. The TA was signed for 2 years. I started working on tight projects as soon as I landed in Singapore and I had to do a rush selection. Now the family is here we are not really happy with the apartment.

Hi there, Suppose my partner and I would like move in a resale HDB flat next December 09. How soon should we apply for the HLE from the HDB, Dec 08 or March 09? As i understand that the loan would only be valid for 3 months upon approval, so when is the best time to apply for one?
