Dear Sirs, We are looking for HDB flat 2+1 for rent. Because from December, my husband will move to near Kalang place for work. We are Malaysian PR. We have two child, the older study in Singapore (P5) ,younger daughter (5y/o) . My son now study at Bukit Gombak St. Anthony’s Primary School. Do any good primary school near Kalang place? My parents and my family have a unit at potong pasir and sengkang. 1. Potong Pasir Ave 1, 4-Rm very high floor, unblocked, very windy, very spacious well-kept, original. Kitchen renovated few yrs ago. Just painted whole unit and slightly renovated incl both toilets last mth. Loan fully paid by almost all cash many yrs back. 2. Rivervale Walk 4A 6/F, 101 sqm, original, well-kept, system 4 air con incl 3 rooms + hall, very windy, service balcony + hall balcony. Have been paying loan by purely CPF. I'm wondering how much roughly 1.COV 2,selling price and 3.cash to get back excl cov aft deducting all expenses for both units? is now good time to sell both?

Recently, there are quite a number of new condo projects around Kovan/Sims Ave area. Difficult decision. I am looking for a FH unit (either 1, or 1+1 or 2 rooms), preferably high floor and near to MRT. Any other new projects (besides Space@Kovan or Vibes@Kovan) do keep me informed. Thanks.

I am a tenant (professional, Singapore PR, 10 years in Singapore) looking for a 3 bedroom condo in west (prefer Hillview ave, Hume Av area except Hume Park 1 and 2, Hillview Park), partial furnished. I need to sublet two rooms when I want given I update the owner about the people live in the flat always (I am the only person in the agreement responsible for the owner), total max 4 in the flat. I seek only limited furniture as I have most. Prefer direct contact with owner but agents can contact me only if don’t seek commission fee from the tenant.
