Hi to all, just to enquire if there is any development near Tampines/Pasir Ris/Serangoon/Paya Lebar that sells for between 500 to 600K. Currently staying at Joo Seng and hopes to get a 2 bedroom around that area with reasonable facilities. Between 900 to 1000sq ft. 1 more question, I have noted that a lot of units from Melvile Park going on sale. Is it an EC. My wife and me have around 120K in CPF and maybe 80K cash after selling our 5 room in Joo Seng. Kindly advise

Hi, I'm currently looking to buy a home for me and my wife. I'm wondering whats the pros and cons of getting an EC vs a private condo? Also, is it a good time to buy or should i wait somemore. I'm primarily looking at Simei / Tampines / Pasir Ris area. My budget would be somewhere between 600-650k. I welcome all suggestions and ideas. Thank you
