Hi.. Iam single recently (3 months before) got PR here. my brother is also PR here. but once he got PR he went to india. And after 6 month just this month only he joined his work here. Can we buy a hdb flat here. I heard that we both need at least latest 3 month salary slip here. what is your suggestion to me?

Hi, I'm Mariana, i thought of selling my house at jalan damai, 5rm flat which i bought at 360k.I wonder how much the market price now. can i sell at atleast 450k. i plan to buy an old flat at bedok reservoir blk 612,615 5rm which i tink the cost is lower. i hope to get some cash cause i,m in bad debts now. please advice accordingly. thank you very much.

Subsales - What is the transaction involved? How much CASH / CPF I can use? E.g. If I offer a unit @ $600K and the seller actually buy from developer @ $520K, what are the amount of CASH & transactions involved? Can I still use my CPF to pay part of the downpayment? Confused again. Thank you.
