I have a few HDB dwellers coming to view FH Land-Titles Landed property which is 3yrs old after A&A. Bank indication value at S$2.1mil with land size 3300sqft & built-in 2000sqft. A lot complain built-in very small & very pricey, i wonder how big is a strata-ttles 99yrs LH HDB floor area. It is a prime location at senette estate, city fringe, which means u own this piece of land. Queenstown HDB with remaining 70+ lease cost S$458per sqft & outskirt bukit batok HDB cost on average S$325per sqft with 80+yrs lease remaining, pls comment whether all these HDB dwellers know the market rates?

My husband and I are looking into buying a condo. Our requirements are: bukit batok, upper bukit timah or clementi area, newer than year 2000, mid-floor, balcony, 2+1 bedrooms, at least 1100 spf, unblocked view, 999 year or freehold, greenery, and quiet. Does not have to be close to MRT, but close to expressway would be good. Our budget is $650,000.

Looking to purchase property for investment. Which is a better option - condo or landed? Currently own & live in own landed property and loan is almost paid up. Can I get another loan and hope for rental income to pay for the mortage? Prefer area familiar with (Bukit Timah/ Newton/ Upper bukit timah) but heard that properties around university area also offers good rental incomes. Views? In no hurry, just exploring it as an alternative investment option. Also considering foreign property - views?

We're essentially looking for a minimum of 3 beds the bigger the better, min size is 1300 sqf although ideal size would be 1500 sqf in the 05 District or close to Holland Village. We have a budget of approx 1 million, it needs to have a balcony or patio. We like condo's such as Clementiwoods ideally either 3bed with study or 4 beds Varsity park ideally either 3bed with study or 4 beds The Stella ideally either 3bed with study or 4 beds Heritage View ground floor units or larger then 1400 sqf Dover Park View Although I've mentioned the above we are open to view other units. We don't mind LH property as long as it's less than 15 years old .. it can be slightly older if it's in a good location i.e. walking distance to Holland Village or bukit timah... We'd prefer to not have to travel down 6th avenue but if something good was around that area we'd consider it
