I heard that the Clift is a lease top-up, and now enjoys 99 years. Any chance of International Plaza or the Plaza at Beach Road being en-bloc? because the Plaza is 32 years old, and bank loan after 40 years is very hard to get: will I get stuck if I buy such old places, and if not en bloc, the price keeps dropping. how to value correctly the psf for such old places in city area. Will govt allow rebuilding of such tall buildings?
