Dear Sirs, This is immediate inquire about looking for residence for rent.Because from 20th.August,I will move to near Katong area for work(from Japan). 1.@We are:I(female)& one daughter(11y/o),we need whole units attached private bathroom.(We cannot share with anyone else.) 2.@@I bring a Silent small piano-**Nothing sounds out to the air,I use it with head-phone,the silent small piano is half electrical specification,it does not bother neighbors at all because nothing sounds out** to the air.)Therefore the prospective residence must be allowed to have the small silent piano. 3.@@The prospective Apartment,Condo,whatever locates hopefully near by MRT Eunos around.
