This asking price translates to approximately $1,952 per square foot based on the land area.

Huttons, the exclusive marketing agency for the property, indicates that the site has the potential to be developed into a detached house, pending approval from the necessary authorities.

The location is within walking distance of Tanjong Katong MRT Station, and lifestyle hubs like Katong Shopping Centre and Katong i12 are also just a short 10-minute stroll away.

Nearby schools within a 1 km radius include Tanjong Katong Primary School and Haig Girls School.
