Effective marketing strategies through various media such as: advertisements (Online Real Estate Portals, Local Newspapers, etc.), facilitating open-houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
.Asset Management.
Conduct property inspections; handover of properties; arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs, assisting in the preparation of documents such as defects checking for Temporary Occupancy Permit (TOP) projects; coordinate property closings; overseeing signing of documents including representation for Option to Purchase (OtP) and Tenancy Agreements (TA), etc.
