With this post election results, it's highly rumored that property prices will slump in Aljunied GRC, what's the view of the private property prices in Kovan/Serangoon Gardens area since more than 50% of the voters there are private home owners?

Hi Chloe,

In my personal opinion, I think if values of properties were to drop in Aljunied GRC, it is more likely due to consumers perception that values will drop in this GRC therefore buyers will shun aways fro purchasing properties within or bargain for lower prices due to the election results. Wih the drop of demand and lower transacted prices due to the bargaining of buyers, values may go southwards. Otherwise, as long as demand within this area is high, I do not see value dropping. Properties' value is very much in relation to the demand and supply.

There will be uncertainty in the short term. I think in the longer term, since the incumbent and challenger has promised that they will work harder for the estate. So prices should be good or better in the future. Moreover, I think it a a reasonable good estate. What is your reason to be keen in Aljunied ward? May I help you?
