Why concourse skyline 1 bed is such a big area about 800+ sq ft which means to in today's new launch such big size is considered be 2 bedder plus. If I buy such 1 bedder from investment point of view, how much will be the rental yield whose investment cost about 1.5 million ? Is it easy to find tennant for such 1 bedder, and do you think could fetch high rental yield as compared with nearby 1 bedder at SAIL?
